When we first moved to Yerevan in 2012, we felt immediately welcome. AGBU provided us with so much support during that difficult transition offering rent, warm clothes, medicine, Christmas gifts for the children, and beyond. AGBU spared neither efforts nor expense while helping us.

Critical Partnerships

To maximize our impact, we often collaborate with major organizations like the International Red Cross, World Food Programme, the United Nations, European Union agencies, and other local entities. More recent joint efforts have benefited Armenians in Syria, Lebanon and Armenia.

Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and governments also look to AGBU to help administer outreach and distribution, such as the EU cargo shipment of Covid 19 medical supplies to Armenia. We worked with World Central Kitchen to serve warm meals to thousands stranded by the 2020 blast in Beirut.
